Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for Solar Energy Project with a capacity of (100) MW
The General Command of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, through the Directorate of Housing Establishment and Military Works, invites qualified developers with proven experience in the development of energy projects to participate in the opportunity to develop a photovoltaic (PV) project with a capacity of 100 MW, which will be implemented within the Design. Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) scheme. Project will be connected to the national electricity grid operated by the National Electricity Company (NEPCO).
The Directorate of Housing establishment and Military Works invites interested developers to buy tender documents (an Expression of Interest (REO), and Instruction and Requirements for Proposal Preparation and Submission (IRPP)) .which will be available in one of the following ways:
1. Interested applicants can contact the Directorate of Housing establishment and Military Works to buy the tender documents.
2. Request to buy the tender documents by email through registering with the Directorate of Housing establishment and Military Works and providing the following contact details via email: tcmw@jaf.mil.jo

' Tender Documents Price is (5000) JD or equivalent US dollars to be paid electronically through one of the
following ways:
- Pay through VISA Card at Directorate of Housing establishment and Military Works
- Through IBAN which will be delivered via above mentioned email as requested.
' Applicants who want to visit site of project (site survey) will be available on following dates:12, 13.14 May /2026. |
