This framework agreement applies to the conclusion and implementation of temporary employment contracts between the hirer and the lender in one or more of the following service categories (job families). the selection of the service categories to be covered by this contract is made by the lender. the service categories are as follows:• […] development• […] architecture• […] coordination / management• […] (business) administration• […] communication & marketing• […] service management• […]infrastructurethe services of the lender must be provided in accordance with this contract and the respective individual call-off, the service description (lb) (appendix 2) which is part of the contract, all appendices supplementing the aforementioned documents and other applicable documents as well as the applicable legal regulations.The subject of the procurement requirement is temporary employment in the service categories (job families): • […] development • […] architecture • […] coordination / management • […] (business) administration • […] communication & marketing • […] service management • […]infrastructure the framework agreement as part of the approval process comes into force for the first time on october 1st, 2022 and, subject to the contractual extension option, ends on september 30th, 2025. note: publication is made here using the form for open procedures. however, this is not such an open procedure - the announcement form had to be used for technical reasons, as there is no form suitable for approval procedures. rather, gematik assumes that this approval process does not fall within the scope of antitrust procurement law due to a lack of a selection decision and therefore the non-discriminatory access to the framework agreement. requirements for the conclusion or subsequent accession to the agreement come into force for the first time on october 1st, 2022 the framework agreement that comes into effect requires the complete and timely sending of the following evidence/declarations/attachments to the contact person at gematik listed below:1. application for approval or to join the open house framework agreement rxü 5 – various specialists ii (form).2. proof of entry in the professional or commercial register (not older than 6 months at the time of the application for admission or accession) in accordance with the legal regulations of the country in which the company is based (in a non-certified copy) or, if applicable, declaration that, in accordance with the respective state legislation, there are no entries in the professional or commercial register (form).3. signed company declaration of reliability (form).4. signed self-declaration that the company has met its obligations to pay taxes, duties or social security contributions (form).5. proof of the existence of a permit to transfer em |
